Narrative:

Military DC9 departed bad climbing eastbound. I did not notice that aircraft took a left turn over mlu. The route of flight ran boundary between two ZME low altitude sectors. I painted out aircraft to jan-lo but failed to point out to glh-lo. Airspace deviation occurred. I was working mlu-lo radar associate position. I was on position approximately 45 mins when the incident occurred. Txk-lo was combined on mlu-lo. There was WX in the vicinity of pgo; prx; hut; osa; shv; GGG; and mlu. I classify the complexity as moderate to greater as we had numerous aircraft inbound shut area; overflts; and the impact of WX. Supplemental information from acn 705782: the d-side made a pointout to ZME66; but did not recognize the route also would require a pointout to ZME67. Although we did not specifically ask (and it would have been too busy anyway) the supervisor did not split off txk-lo(27) or staff the handoff.

Narrative: MIL DC9 DEPARTED BAD CLBING EBOUND. I DID NOT NOTICE THAT ACFT TOOK A L TURN OVER MLU. THE RTE OF FLT RAN BOUNDARY BTWN TWO ZME LOW ALT SECTORS. I PAINTED OUT ACFT TO JAN-LO BUT FAILED TO POINT OUT TO GLH-LO. AIRSPACE DEV OCCURRED. I WAS WORKING MLU-LO RADAR ASSOCIATE POS. I WAS ON POS APPROX 45 MINS WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED. TXK-LO WAS COMBINED ON MLU-LO. THERE WAS WX IN THE VICINITY OF PGO; PRX; HUT; OSA; SHV; GGG; AND MLU. I CLASSIFY THE COMPLEXITY AS MODERATE TO GREATER AS WE HAD NUMEROUS ACFT INBOUND SHUT AREA; OVERFLTS; AND THE IMPACT OF WX. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 705782: THE D-SIDE MADE A POINTOUT TO ZME66; BUT DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE RTE ALSO WOULD REQUIRE A POINTOUT TO ZME67. ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT SPECIFICALLY ASK (AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO BUSY ANYWAY) THE SUPVR DID NOT SPLIT OFF TXK-LO(27) OR STAFF THE HDOF.
