Narrative:

The fuel sheet for my flight has false information. The fueler loaded 600 pounds too much and this put the gallons to be added difference over tolerance. The fueler crossed out the actual fuel density (6.70) and wrote in 6.50. This made the gallons added work out. The flight crew boarded fuel check worksheet also showed the numbers did not add up. It is very obvious that the fuel sheet was tweaked until the numbers worked. I had the fueler come to the plane to explain the fuel sheet. She said that she overfueled the plane on purpose. She informed me that most captains want it this way. I decided there was no point in talking to her about this issue after a short conversation. In addition to be wasteful (over fueling) we have employees (lax fueling is still done by company) faking paper work. During the conversation with the fueler I gathered that they were in rush to fill all the planes and she was working two planes at once. I believe that our employees are cutting corners to make on time departures. Lax has a history of over fueling aircraft but this has gone too far.
