Narrative:
While doing my service check card (emergency lights); I checked the lenses and thought the confign was correct; and signed to that effect. At the end of the shift; the FAA inspector found one lens on the forward galley flood light to be incorrect. Per the paperwork the lens should be clear and not state 'exit.' this lens did not state 'exit;' but did have 2 arrows -- one pointing forward; and the other aft. I immediately correct the discrepancy once it was brought to my attention.
