Narrative:
I was the inspector assigned to aircraft and was overseeing the reinstallation progress of the entire left wing leading edge slat bearings. I witnessed each reinstallation paying particular attention making sure the bolt was indeed securing the bearing in place and cotter pinned and target was installed. In this specific incident I did not witness the before removal condition nor did the work card illustrations illustrate the correct reinstall pictorial. Supplemental information from acn 707482: I started to sign paperwork and signed for co-workers work which was performed wrong.
