Narrative:
Sector 50 handles atl arrival traffic from the northeast on the pechy; whinz and flcon stars. Odf is the published holding fix for the flcon and whinz. 124.37 is the sector 50 frequency. 124.37 is unusable within about 20 mi of odf. This lack of coverage is very unsafe; especially during holding situations. This frequency problem has gone on for quite some time. The problem has been reported to ZTL management numerous times but still has not been fixed.
