Narrative:
Flight originated out of ZZZ1 to ZZZ2 and continuing on the ZZZ3. At ZZZ1 bags and freight were loaded and listed on the load information/manifest. Only bags were listed on the load information sheet from ZZZ2-ZZZ3. Upon parking at ZZZ3 the bags and 'unmanifested' cargo was unloaded. The crew was not aware of the cargo; until they saw it being unloaded; at ZZZ3. There were no aircraft performance issues or control issues on the flight segment from ZZZ2-ZZZ3. Factors: lack of communication; not listed. Actions: communicate all items found in cargo areas to flight crews.
