Narrative:

In cruise flight 37000 ft; captain was balancing xfeed fuel. Engine #2 (right side) fuel pumps were off; we thought xfeed valve was open. After 5-10 mins we noticed slight yaw and engine #2 spool down. We immediately responded by following QRH procedures. Notified ATC we need immediate descent and started down. Restart at approximately 24000 ft. Company requested we bring aircraft to pit; proceeded to pit; normal landing. At gate; found xfeed circuit breaker out. Maintenance reset; valve operated normal.
