Narrative:
We have been having a problem with bleed over on 132.15. This has been going on for months. There are times aircraft cannot hear us. The bleed over has been an ATIS/country western radio/latin radio and rock and roll. We can not hear this at the sector; but aircraft have been complaining every day.
