Narrative:
Working ground control; noticed that numerous pilots did not understand the taxi to runway 15 via taxiway a and taxiway east. Pilots believe that a clearance to taxi to runway 15 allows them to cross runway 15. I had to stop 6 or 7 aircraft to stop before crossing runway 15. All of them were air carrier's.

Narrative: WORKING GND CTL; NOTICED THAT NUMEROUS PLTS DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE TAXI TO RWY 15 VIA TXWY A AND TXWY E. PLTS BELIEVE THAT A CLRNC TO TAXI TO RWY 15 ALLOWS THEM TO CROSS RWY 15. I HAD TO STOP 6 OR 7 ACFT TO STOP BEFORE XING RWY 15. ALL OF THEM WERE ACR'S.
