Narrative:
I failed to note the ATIS statement that runway 5 hold short position is located at the closed runway 6 hold short line. We received clearance to taxi to runway 5. My habit is to cross all txwys and runways en route to runway 5 with such a clearance. We noticed what we thought was a lack of a runway 5 hold short line so the captain stopped the aircraft prior to closed runway 6; but on top of or just beyond the new runway 5 hold short line. I asked tower if we were cleared to take off and tower informed us that we were past the hold short line for runway 5. There was no impact to any traffic airborne or on the ground. Be more diligent when listening to ATIS. Be more diligent to notice on the rbf rsw diagram that the hold short line for runway 5 is located prior to runway 6. Publish this unique hold short location more prominently in the commercial airfield page describing construction phases. Paint hold short line just prior to runway 5 and past runway 6 like conventional runway markings. Have ground issue taxi clearance noting unique hold short position.
