Narrative:
I was the PNF. The captain and I briefed the teb 5 departure. We were departing runway 24. The departure instructs a leveloff at 1500 ft MSL until passing 4.5 DME from the teb VOR. The captain continued climbing to 2000 ft MSL before reaching 4.5 DME. I intervened twice and he brought the aircraft back to 1500 ft MSL.
