Escape slide not properly installed. I worked door entry lube card. The door card was accomplished correctly and per maintenance manual and sold to quality assurance.

Narrative: ESCAPE SLIDE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. I WORKED DOOR ENTRY LUBE CARD. THE DOOR CARD WAS ACCOMPLISHED CORRECTLY AND PER MAINT MANUAL AND SOLD TO QUALITY ASSURANCE.
