Narrative:
During initial takeoff roll; spool up power applied; at approximately 20-40 KIAS. Felt like right brake locked up. I brought the aircraft to a stop on the runway 23L. I taxied clear off the active runway. Tower reported smoke from the right main. We requested fire trucks. Fire rescue reported no smoke. We shut down #2 engine; taxied back to the gate with no further incident. No injuries to crew or passenger.

Narrative: DURING INITIAL TKOF ROLL; SPOOL UP PWR APPLIED; AT APPROX 20-40 KIAS. FELT LIKE R BRAKE LOCKED UP. I BROUGHT THE ACFT TO A STOP ON THE RWY 23L. I TAXIED CLR OFF THE ACTIVE RWY. TWR RPTED SMOKE FROM THE R MAIN. WE REQUESTED FIRE TRUCKS. FIRE RESCUE RPTED NO SMOKE. WE SHUT DOWN #2 ENG; TAXIED BACK TO THE GATE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. NO INJURIES TO CREW OR PAX.
