Narrative:
Oct/xa/06; B767-300 taxi in. After landing we cleared runway 9R onto taxiway B; waited 3 mins while taxiing and elected to shut down the right engine. Everything appeared normal. Within a min or so we started having electrical power problems. It initially appeared to be AC power shedding and reconnecting as we would be reduced to battery power and then normal AC power and then finally loss of all AC power. I immediately cranked the APU but only got marginal AC power back and still did not have center or right hydraulic system pressure. We were able to stop the aircraft about the same time I felt a loss in braking and steering capability. We were able to remain on taxiway and notified ATC we were having problems and might need the company to send a tug to get us to the gate. First officer suggested restarting the right engine and had to accomplish that with standby engine indicator. That did get hydraulic pressure for the center and right hydraulic system and right AC bus power. We were then able to see we had lost the left AC bus and the left engine generator but had no idea which came first. Since it appeared we could now get to the gate safely I elected to not reset the left AC bus and do further troubleshooting at the gate with ZZZZ mechanics. The parking was without incident. Debriefing with ZZZZ maintenance and maintenance repair manual sent with descriptive; loss of left generator and left AC bus after shutting down right engine during taxi-in.
