Narrative:
During my break on a non-polar ETOPS flight; I decided to take a look in the polar suit storage bin. The orange polar suit bag was present. I noticed the safety seals were missing. I opened the bag to examine the contents. The bag was stuffed with pillows and blankets. No polar suits were present. We sent a maintenance message report noting the seal was broken and the polar suits were missing.
