Narrative:

On oct/xa/06 I was the technician with 4 other people. Some of the workload on aircraft X was #2 service check; 2 emergency door slides; both ing plugs on #1 engine; fuel drain ejector valve on #1 and #2 engine; #1 borescope and a high pressure bleed valve case broken that was found on #1 engine during opening for borescope. I; to the best of my knowledge; performed the #1 engine borescope as per the job work card step by step and reinstalled all borescope access plugs as stated in the work card; with quality control present the whole time; but by looking at the picture it could be a possibility that me and quality control overlooked one.

I; TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE; PERFORMED THE #1 ENG BORESCOPE AS PER THE JOB WORK CARD STEP BY STEP AND REINSTALLED ALL BORESCOPE ACCESS PLUGS AS STATED IN THE WORK CARD; WITH QUALITY CTL PRESENT THE WHOLE TIME; BUT BY LOOKING AT THE PICTURE IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY THAT ME AND QUALITY CTL OVERLOOKED ONE.
