Narrative:
Upon touchdown; 60 mph; airplane began slowing rapidly and pulling right. After 200 ft of travel; aircraft (a tail dragger) stopped at right runway edge resting on main gear and the nose. No injuries and only minor fiberglas damage to airframe. Propeller and spinner heavily damaged. Investigation showed right parking brake was set at touchdown. The parking brakes had not been used ever in 3 yrs of ownership. The aircraft taxied and took off normally. At this time it is unknown how the right parking brake locking mechanism set itself during the flight.
