Narrative:

While being vectored to the final approach course for an ILS runway 8 into ZZZ the flaps to our premier jet failed to operate. We ran the steps outlined by the checklist and requested runway 33 because it was the longest runway and was sloped uphill. We landed with no flaps at vref +20 KTS which equated to 130 KTS and made an uneventful landing. We used 3100 ft of 7100 ft available. The emergency vehicles were called (without our request) and they followed us to the FBO. We escorted our passenger into the building. After running a few checks on the airplane; the flaps were again operable. We flew the airplane to our home base without incident. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated this aircraft has been in service for about 5 yrs and has always had troubles with the computers that operate the spoilers; flaps and brakes. In this incident all maintenance does is fault check the flap computer and ground check the flaps ok for service. The airplane operated normally on the next flight. Lots of bugs in this airplane.
