Narrative:

Today I noticed a mechanic removing aft flight attendant seat belts and I noticed he was installing an angle that attaches to the aft lavatory wall. I remember that I installed some seat belts not knowing an angle was to be installed between the lavatory wall and the seat belts. So as far as I know; an aircraft is missing this angle.
