Narrative:
On approach to landing at fsd in VFR conditions; went to lower landing gear; received no down indication; advised tower we had a gear indication problem and requested vectors to where we could evaluate problem. Received clearance north of airport where we cycled gear; 2ND time. No down indication pulled and reset landing gear circuit breaker; cycled gear; gear extended positive down lock indication. Cycled gear one more time received positive down lock indication; at which point we returned to fsd for landing. Because we were on a 135 leg per company procedures requested ATC to roll trucks as precautionary procedure. Normal landing and indications; taxied to FBO. After talking with maintenance and other company personnel flew aircraft back to base; empty part 91. No further gear problems; problem did not repeat.
