Narrative:
Initial taxi instructions from cle ground 'taxi to runway 24L via brown route.' unable to find brown route due new commercial chart 1 (vice commercial chart 2 chart). Asked for clearance. Ground instructed taxi taxiway 24L via J; V; 28; 24L. Did not see taxiway J sign or pavement (due snow) near intersection south. Missed turn and ended up on taxiway left via taxiway J; south; swiftly ground then advised us of the mistake. We asked for progressive 'C/C' to taxi. No conflict with traffic. No runway incursion. No further incident.
