Narrative:
I received a change request from the blade and vane shop supervisor to create four CF6-80A compressor blades. Attached to this request was a marked-up copy of a shop order with the requested changes. I made the changes per the attached copy for one data record and then locked-out the data record. I gave a copy of the locked data record to the supervisor to check and make sure every repair. All ge CF6-80c2b6 blades were locked on oct/tue/06. Task line was correct. I received the copy back and was told it was ok. I proceeded to make the changes on the other.
