Narrative:
This is a recurring equipment issue. Mdw departures print out after the handoff as an ord departure; even though it is really an mdw departure. During peak traffic periods; this can be both unsafe and very distracting. This has been a long and ongoing issue that apparently cannot or will not be fixed.
