Narrative:
While rigging passenger door I had to loosen and adjust the rollers to get them adjusted properly. While trying to get the rollers adjusted properly I was only tightening the 7/16 inch head bolts with the intention of torquing all 4 bolts when I was finished adjusting. As I was trying to get the rollers adjusted I was getting frustrated because I couldn't get it right. At that time another mechanic saw that I was getting upset and told me to take a break and he would get it corrected; which he did. I assumed he had tightened the 3/8 inch head bolts and failed to ask if he had; or check them myself. I failed to follow up on work being accomplished by another individual.
