Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff at ZZZ; 3 or 4 flight attendants at different stations broke the sterile cockpit period reporting a strong electrical burning smell. Declared an emergency and returned to ZZZ. Off to on time was 12 minutes. On final; #1 reported smoke/odor dissipated so no evacuation ordered. Overweight landing and normal taxi in to gate.

Narrative: SHORTLY AFTER TKOF AT ZZZ; 3 OR 4 FLT ATTENDANTS AT DIFFERENT STATIONS BROKE THE STERILE COCKPIT PERIOD REPORTING A STRONG ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL. DECLARED AN EMER AND RETURNED TO ZZZ.
