Narrative:
During the door stop inspection the inspection was accomplished. During the adjustment and test the door rollers were out of adjustment and required moving. After about 5 hours of work loosening and tightening of the hardware the rollers were in position. I was also giving clears to install other components being reinstalled. I believe that I lost track of what hardware had been tightened.

Title: AN EMB140 DURING AN ENTRANCE DOOR STOP ADJUSTMENT AND TEST FOUND ROLLERS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ROLLERS WERE ADJUSTED BUT INSPECTOR LOST TRACK OF HARDWARE THAT HAD BEEN TIGHTENED.
Narrative: DURING THE DOOR STOP INSPECTION THE INSPECTION WAS ACCOMPLISHED. DURING THE ADJUSTMENT AND TEST THE DOOR ROLLERS WERE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT AND REQUIRED MOVING. AFTER ABOUT 5 HRS OF WORK LOOSENING AND TIGHTENING OF THE HARDWARE THE ROLLERS WERE IN POS. I WAS ALSO GIVING CLRS TO INSTALL OTHER COMPONENTS BEING REINSTALLED. I BELIEVE THAT I LOST TRACK OF WHAT HARDWARE HAD BEEN TIGHTENED.
