Narrative:
The following equipment problems continue to plague D10 and continue to slowly erode safety and performance. On nov/mon/06 frequency 119.87 main transmitter failed. On or about nov/tue/06 frequency 124.25 taken OTS due to bleed-through. On nov/mon/06 at XF30 the east radar failed. On nov/fri/06 XA50 east radar failed again. Safety is compromised.
