Narrative:
After departing from clt; after a lengthy ground delay; our dispatcher sent us an ACARS message alerting us to the fact that clt had loaded only 23 bags; but our closeout had 56 bags listed; and the appropriate weight for 56 bags. The captain and I subsequently did several manual weight and balance calculations; and found that during takeoff we were in the forward caution zone; and our passenger loading was not in compliance with the all passenger seated in aft locations. We were also very near an out-of-limits takeoff on our center of gravity; and just out of sheer luck we landed inside of it; more than outside of it. The station had pushed us out of the gate saying that they needed the gate so badly; but after an hour of sitting on the ramp; no other aircraft had occupied that gate. If they had not been in such a hurry (which is standard practice in clt); they may have realized that 1/2 of our bags had not been loaded.

THE CAPT AND I SUBSEQUENTLY DID SEVERAL MANUAL WT AND BAL CALCULATIONS; AND FOUND THAT DURING TKOF WE WERE IN THE FORWARD CAUTION ZONE; AND OUR PAX LOADING WAS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ALL PAX SEATED IN AFT LOCATIONS. WE WERE ALSO VERY NEAR AN OUT-OF-LIMITS TKOF ON OUR CTR OF GRAVITY; AND JUST OUT OF SHEER LUCK WE LANDED INSIDE OF IT; MORE THAN OUTSIDE OF IT. THE STATION HAD PUSHED US OUT OF THE GATE SAYING THAT THEY NEEDED THE GATE SO BADLY; BUT AFTER AN HR OF SITTING ON THE RAMP; NO OTHER ACFT HAD OCCUPIED THAT GATE.
