Narrative:
Both aft lavatories had oxygen psu's taped closed with security tape preventing any possible deployment of passenger oxygen masks. Tape looked like it had been that way for quite a while. Entered into log history; but safety report is written as this has become a frequent write-up.

Title: A320 FLT CREW CONCERNED WITH SECURITY TAPE BEING PLACED OVER LAVATORY PAX OXYGEN MASK.
Narrative: BOTH AFT LAVATORIES HAD OXYGEN PSU'S TAPED CLOSED WITH SECURITY TAPE PREVENTING ANY POSSIBLE DEPLOYMENT OF PAX OXYGEN MASKS. TAPE LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN THAT WAY FOR QUITE A WHILE. ENTERED INTO LOG HISTORY; BUT SAFETY RPT IS WRITTEN AS THIS HAS BECOME A FREQUENT WRITE-UP.
