Narrative:
This was the last of 4 legs; clear WX; and at night. During taxi in; under guide man's guidance; the aircraft's left wing struck a ground vehicle. Taxi-in was normal and the area appeared clear. The gate is slightly angled and lighting seemed adequate. There was a wing walker for the left wing. The guide man used standard signals during marshall-in and at approximately 10 ft from stopping; the aircraft's left wing leading edge; just inboard from the tip; impacted a ground vehicle. It felt very much like stomping on the brakes and the aircraft came to an immediate stop. The guide man continued to insist that we taxi forward until other ground personnel got his attention. The jetbridge was attached and the passenger deplaned. No injuries were reported except for the #2 flight attendant who was just getting up to disarm a door when she fell forward at impact possibly straining her back.
