Narrative:
Passenger ill in-flight; within 5 mins of descent to ZZZ on the arrival. Contacted dispatch to coordinate emt's and gate arrival at ZZZ. No physicians on board. 17 yr old female passenger. She experienced difficulty breathing with chest pains. Oxygen was administered during descent. Medical emergency declared with ZZZ center. Given direct ZZZ exceeded 250 KTS below 10000 ft. Emt's met flight.
