Narrative:
On feb/wed/07; at XA15 hours; I was notified by my union; my signature appears on paperwork for the replacement of fan blades on aircraft X on may/wed/06. I was told the wrong fan blades were installed in the engine. I do not remember any specifics of the event; nor have I seen any paperwork that may help me remember the event. I will no longer be so trusting in my fellow workers or be complacent in my tasks; and sign only for work I have actually performed by dividing signature blocks with multiple tasks necessary. I will also double check my work along with others where I am working with.
