Narrative:

Our shift hours were changed when the FAA forced their new work rules on us. They make us start our shift at XB45 now. That means that when the rest of my family is trying to go to bed I should be getting ready for work. However; I just go to work at XA00 and wait 1 hour and 45 mins to start my shift to keep from keeping my family awake. Then I have to stay and work until XJ45 when I am dead tired and drive home after that! We need 3 people on the shift in order to safely rotate for relief periods. The management at this facility is going to continue operating these dangerous shifts until somebody dies.
