Narrative:

I did the power check; the aircraft was showing 200 RPM drop on the left magneto. I checked it out and the magneto drop was within limits. I did the before takeoff check and asked for takeoff clearance. I was told hold position. After receiving takeoff clearance; I applied full power. At climb out of runway 7R at approximately 350 ft; the RPM dropped from 2450 RPM to 1900 RPM; and was dropping. I declared emergency and asked for priority handling and landed on runway 7R safely. No further events to be reported.

Title: C152 PLT EXPERIENCES PARTIAL LOSS OF POWER ON INITIAL CLIMB.

Narrative: I DID THE PWR CHK; THE ACFT WAS SHOWING 200 RPM DROP ON THE L MAGNETO. I CHKED IT OUT AND THE MAGNETO DROP WAS WITHIN LIMITS. I DID THE BEFORE TKOF CHK AND ASKED FOR TKOF CLRNC. I WAS TOLD HOLD POS. AFTER RECEIVING TKOF CLRNC; I APPLIED FULL PWR. AT CLB OUT OF RWY 7R AT APPROX 350 FT; THE RPM DROPPED FROM 2450 RPM TO 1900 RPM; AND WAS DROPPING. I DECLARED EMER AND ASKED FOR PRIORITY HANDLING AND LANDED ON RWY 7R SAFELY. NO FURTHER EVENTS TO BE RPTED.
