Narrative:
Clearance: TEB5.parke as filed expect FL180 in 10 min. Departure runway 24. The TEB5 SID was briefed with a climb runway heading to 1500 ft MSL then a right turn 280 degrees. After passing teb 4.5 DME climb to maintain 2000 ft MSL. A noise abatement procedure also applies. I accepted a departure clearance and upon reaching 1500 ft MSL turned right to a heading of 280 degrees and contacted departure per the tower. I reported leaving 1500 ft for 2000 ft MSL. Departure reminded me of the SID requirement to level at 1500 ft until reaching the teb 4.5 fix. At this time we were climbing through 1800 ft. We descended back to 1500 ft after reaching a maximum altitude of 1900 ft MSL. Departure then cleared us to 6000 ft. I asked if there were any additional requirements on my part and to which the controller answered 'no.' the extended time on the runway along with combining a noise abatement procedure with several steps in quick sequential order on the SID led to the altitude deviation.

Title: HS125 FLT CREW FAIL TO COMPLY WITH 1500 FT MSL CLB LIMIT ON THE TEB DEP FROM TEB.
Narrative: CLEARANCE: TEB5.PARKE AS FILED EXPECT FL180 IN 10 MIN. DEP RWY 24. THE TEB5 SID WAS BRIEFED WITH A CLIMB RWY HEADING TO 1500 FT MSL THEN A R TURN 280 DEGS. AFTER PASSING TEB 4.5 DME CLIMB TO MAINTAIN 2000 FT MSL. A NOISE ABATEMENT PROC ALSO APPLIES. I ACCEPTED A DEP CLRNC AND UPON REACHING 1500 FT MSL TURNED R TO A HEADING OF 280 DEGS AND CONTACTED DEP PER THE TWR. I RPTED LEAVING 1500 FT FOR 2000 FT MSL. DEP REMINDED ME OF THE SID REQUIREMENT TO LEVEL AT 1500 FT UNTIL REACHING THE TEB 4.5 FIX. AT THIS TIME WE WERE CLIMBING THROUGH 1800 FT. WE DESCENDED BACK TO 1500 FT AFTER REACHING A MAXIMUM ALTITUDE OF 1900 FT MSL. DEP THEN CLRED US TO 6000 FT. I ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS ON MY PART AND TO WHICH THE CTLR ANSWERED 'NO.' THE EXTENDED TIME ON THE RWY ALONG WITH COMBINING A NOISE ABATEMENT PROC WITH SEVERAL STEPS IN QUICK SEQUENTIAL ORDER ON THE SID LED TO THE ALTITUDE DEVIATION.
