Narrative:
We were going to make the landing weight predicted on runway 25L; but they changed our arrival runway and dunked us into runway 1R. As a result we did not make the landing weight. We were over by about 400 pounds. We were also over our pzfw in sea.

Title: AN A321 MADE AN OVERWT LNDG AFTER TAKING OFF OVER THE ORIGINAL FLT PLANNED ZFW AND NOT BURNING ENOUGH FUEL TO LAND BELOW MAX ZFW.
Narrative: WE WERE GOING TO MAKE THE LANDING WEIGHT PREDICTED ON RWY 25L; BUT THEY CHANGED OUR ARRIVAL RWY AND DUNKED US INTO RWY 1R. AS A RESULT WE DID NOT MAKE THE LANDING WEIGHT. WE WERE OVER BY ABOUT 400 LBS. WE WERE ALSO OVER OUR PZFW IN SEA.
