Narrative:
At cruise altitude; #1 engine began losing oil quantity. Communicated with company dispatcher and maintenance via ACARS. At ECAM; 'low oil psi' warning. Followed ECAM/QRH checklist procedures and shut down engine. Declared emergency. Diverted to ZZZ. Informed cabin crew and made PA to passenger. Completed an uneventful overweight single engine landing and deplaned passenger at gate.
