Air carrier X appeared 3 DME north of gqe as a real return. Air carrier X was actually 60 mi northwest of gqe. It appears that this must have been some form of second time around.

Narrative: ACR X APPEARED 3 DME N OF GQE AS A REAL RETURN. ACR X WAS ACTUALLY 60 MI NW OF GQE. IT APPEARS THAT THIS MUST HAVE BEEN SOME FORM OF SECOND TIME AROUND.
