LR60 was level FL340 southbound and encountered moderate turbulence which resulted in nearly 700 ft climb. MD88 was level FL350 northbound head on with LR60. MD88 responded to TCAS and climbed.

Narrative: LR60 WAS LEVEL FL340 SOUTHBOUND AND ENCOUNTERED MODERATE TURB WHICH RESULTED IN NEARLY 700 FT CLB. MD88 WAS LEVEL FL350 NORTHBOUND HEAD ON WITH LR60. MD88 RESPONDED TO TCAS AND CLBED.
