Narrative:
Takeoff with incorrect final weights. Normal pushback; engine start; and taxi out. Approaching the runway we had no final weights so tower directed us to taxi across the runway to the hold pad and let them know when we were ready. Load planning told us they were awaiting the final closeout from ramp. We got the weights a couple mins later and departed normally to den. On approach to den my copilot told me that we had just received final weights again (this is about 2 hours after departure) on the ACARS printer. We decided to discuss it on the ground. On taxi in we received another message from load planning. It said; 'ramp just discovered 30 of your bags still sitting on the ramp.' the new weight manifest showed about 900 pounds lighter (no bags) and a 0.3 shift forward of the mac. I discussed this with my dispatcher who was aware of this only because she sees all ACARS msgs going to my airplane. Load planning had not called her to discuss the discrepancy.

Narrative: TAKEOFF WITH INCORRECT FINAL WTS. NORMAL PUSHBACK; ENGINE START; AND TAXI OUT. APCHING THE RWY WE HAD NO FINAL WTS SO TWR DIRECTED US TO TAXI ACROSS THE RWY TO THE HOLD PAD AND LET THEM KNOW WHEN WE WERE READY. LOAD PLANNING TOLD US THEY WERE AWAITING THE FINAL CLOSEOUT FROM RAMP. WE GOT THE WTS A COUPLE MINS LATER AND DEPARTED NORMALLY TO DEN. ON APCH TO DEN MY COPLT TOLD ME THAT WE HAD JUST RECEIVED FINAL WTS AGAIN (THIS IS ABOUT 2 HRS AFTER DEP) ON THE ACARS PRINTER. WE DECIDED TO DISCUSS IT ON THE GND. ON TAXI IN WE RECEIVED ANOTHER MSG FROM LOAD PLANNING. IT SAID; 'RAMP JUST DISCOVERED 30 OF YOUR BAGS STILL SITTING ON THE RAMP.' THE NEW WT MANIFEST SHOWED ABOUT 900 LBS LIGHTER (NO BAGS) AND A 0.3 SHIFT FORWARD OF THE MAC. I DISCUSSED THIS WITH MY DISPATCHER WHO WAS AWARE OF THIS ONLY BECAUSE SHE SEES ALL ACARS MSGS GOING TO MY AIRPLANE. LOAD PLANNING HAD NOT CALLED HER TO DISCUSS THE DISCREPANCY.
