Narrative:
During cruise at FL310 we received a master caution IRS light. We looked at the overhead and noted that both dc fail lights were illuminated. The QRH said the 'switched hot battery bus' was probably failed. We did the QRH procedure and that led us to contact dispatch. We relayed all available information to dispatch and maintenance. We lost the communication #1; navigation #1; 1+2 egt; 1+2 N2; 1+2 fsov closed lights; 1 GPS signal. Maintenance and dispatch requested we divert to ZZZ since the WX and runway length were suitable for an emergency and overweight landing. The captain declared an emergency with center; after speaking with company. We conducted an approach into ZZZ without incident. We performed an overweight landing in accordance with the flight handbook and performance manual. During the flare; I observed the vsi no greater than a 200 FPM descent. On landing; the #1 thrust reverser failed to deploy.

THE QRH SAID THE 'SWITCHED HOT BATTERY BUS' WAS PROBABLY FAILED. WE DID THE QRH PROC AND THAT LED US TO CONTACT DISPATCH. WE RELAYED ALL AVAILABLE INFO TO DISPATCH AND MAINT. THE CAPT DECLARED AN EMER WITH CTR; AFTER SPEAKING WITH COMPANY. WE CONDUCTED AN APCH INTO ZZZ WITHOUT INCIDENT. WE PERFORMED AN OVERWT LNDG IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLT HANDBOOK AND PERFORMANCE MANUAL. DURING THE FLARE; I OBSERVED THE VSI NO GREATER THAN A 200 FPM DSCNT. ON LNDG; THE #1 THRUST REVERSER FAILED TO DEPLOY.
