I was advised by manager on duty maintenance that aircraft X was OTS in ZZZ1 in response to a report submitted by mechanics who had failed to install engine bushings properly on the right hand engine when aircraft was in ZZZ on may/tue/2007. Aircraft had flown several legs since may/tue/2007.
