Narrative:
Captain flying to las. Runway change at las to runway 1L followed by change on final to runway 1R. Strong tailwind on short final resulted in captain needing excessive sink to stay on a visual approach. No GS for that runway caused a late recognition of being high on final. Sink rate callouts by aircraft.

Narrative: CAPT FLYING TO LAS. RWY CHANGE AT LAS TO RWY 1L FOLLOWED BY CHANGE ON FINAL TO RWY 1R. STRONG TAILWIND ON SHORT FINAL RESULTED IN CAPT NEEDING EXCESSIVE SINK TO STAY ON A VISUAL APCH. NO GS FOR THAT RWY CAUSED A LATE RECOGNITION OF BEING HIGH ON FINAL. SINK RATE CALLOUTS BY ACFT.
