Heavy workload. Arriving lax on seavu 1 arrival. Late handoff; change of runway assignment; heavy workload; no autothrottles; 400 ft low 1 mile before konzl intersection crossing restr; no conflict or ATC query. 400 ft low before reaching konzl intersection on seavu 1 arrival; leveled off and added thrust to maintain 280 speed restr till reaching konzl and continued on the seavu 1 arrival without incident. Review procedures when there is a system MEL and how it might affect operations.
