Narrative:
Aircraft failed to rotate with full aft stick; so rejected the takeoff. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: errors were made entering the aircraft weights into the FMC which produced erroneous V speed calculations. This incident was brought to the attention of the FMC manufacturer who appeared quite interested in what led the flight crew to make the errors that they did.
