Narrative:
This is the second time in two weeks that I have been given a bad forecast at destination. I had a normal; no alternate; fuel load which was to land me with 5.1. Shortly before hbu both arrivals from the southwest were shut down for thunderstorms. We were cleared to publication hgo for the dandd arrival from the southeast. 20 NM from runway 35R the east side of den was closed for a microburst. We landed on runway 34R with min fuel. I don't know what has happened recently with our WX department; but it is unacceptable. If I am not certain of the WX at my destination; I will carry alternate fuel.
