Narrative:

Captain was flying and the ILS runway 9R was briefed as a practice CAT III and we were cleared to cross sinca at 14;000 ft. 14;000 ft was put into the window and the FMS. ATC then changed the runway to runway 8L. The FMS showed the 'football' and the FMS showed negative 4000 ft; so it looked like we would make the 14;000 ft restr no problem. The FMS was changed to runway 8L and we re-briefed the approach to the new runway 8L and discussed the CAT III again. A few miles from sinca we get a call from ATC asking us if we were supposed to cross sinca at 14;000 ft and we saw that the FMS showed we were a little high. Somehow the FMS went from 4000 ft low to being high with 14;000 ft in the box. We didn't spend much time trying to figure out why since we had to focus now on being vectored to shooting the approach to the new runway 8L. Having to re-brief everything focused us all on the briefing and that was the contributing factor.
