Communication WX service web site does not comply with 121.599; 121.601 and 121.422(1) general subjects. I cannot interpretation WX data for the surface (frontal system; etc) for the north atlantic; pacific; and south/latin american regions on the communication WX service site per above regulations. Per fom page 32.10.1 (sources of met information); communication WX service is the only WX internet site authority/authorized for flight planning of air carrier flts; however; it is not compliant with regulations and the site incomplete.
