Narrative:
Level in cruise shortly after passing the pet we had a left hydraulic pressure EICAS from the left engine driven pump. We secured the pump switch per the irregular checklist. 4 mins later we had a left hydraulic quantity EICAS and saw the left hydraulic quantity was indicating zero. We secured the left hydraulic system per the irregular checklist. Dispatch was advised of our situation and we landed without incident. The left engine driven pump was found to have failed with a large crack in the casing.
