Narrative:
During climb out the right thrust reverser became unlocked. Epc and cfm procedures were followed. The right #2 engine was shut down. Unknown if ATC priority was given. The aircraft landed at iad without further action or incident.

Title: CL65 EXPERIENCES UNLOCKED R THRUST REVERSER IN FLT. FOLLOWED APPROPRIATE ABNORMAL PROCEDURES AND LANDED SAFELY AT DESTINATION.
Narrative: DURING CLBOUT THE R THRUST REVERSER BECAME UNLOCKED. EPC AND CFM PROCS WERE FOLLOWED. THE R #2 ENG WAS SHUT DOWN. UNKNOWN IF ATC PRIORITY WAS GIVEN. THE ACFT LANDED AT IAD WITHOUT FURTHER ACTION OR INCIDENT.
